Frequently Asked Questions

What is included?

Scanning is free on every plan, including the scan summary. A paid plan adds the complete findings, downloadable and PDF reports, Verify Report, the Certified Verification Stamp, QR verification and ASK AST. The Monthly and Annual plans include the same features; only the access period differs.

Is the Monthly Plan recurring?

No. The Monthly Plan is a single payment of $5.00 covering 30 days of access. It does not renew and you are never charged again without buying again. Before access ends, Stripe sends a reminder so you can decide whether to purchase another 30 days.

Is the Annual Plan billed once yearly?

Yes. One payment of $15.00 covers 365 days of access. It does not renew automatically.

How do renewals work?

Neither plan renews automatically. Access ends 30 days after purchase on the Monthly Plan and 365 days after purchase on the Annual Plan, and you purchase again to continue. Stripe sends a reminder before that point. Nothing is charged unless you choose to buy again.

Is free scanning limited?

Free tier allows 5 scans per 10 minutes. Try again after 10 minutes. Paid plans offer unlimited scans and full reports.
